Cream Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe
These cream cheese stuffed mushroom caps are a great snack or appetizer.
12 mushrooms, stem removed
3 Tablespoons cream cheese
3 Tablespoons ricotta cheese
1 clove garlic, diced
1/3 cup cheddar cheese, grated
3 teaspoons green onions, chopped
2 teaspoons parsley, chopped
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Lightly grease a 9 inch baking dish with oil or butter.
In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, ricotta and garlic.
Spoon about 1/2 a Tablespoon of the cheese mixture into each mushroom cap.
Place mushroom caps into baking dish.
Sprinkle grated cheese evenly over top.
Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and melted.
Garnish with green onions and parsley to serve.
