Gluten Free Waffles Recipe

A gluten free waffle recipe that you can top in so many fun ways.


Dry Ingredients:
1 cups gluten-free all-purpose (plain) flour (use regular flour for gluten version)
2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda (bicarbonate of soda)
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
1 tbsp vegetable oil

Topping ideas:
Yogurt, chocolate sauce, bananas & slivered almonds
Fresh berries & maple syrup


Mix your dry ingredients in a bowl

Mix your wet ingredients in a separate bowl.

Mix dry and wet ingredients together.

To cook, follow your waffle maker instructions.

Top with your choice of favorite toppings.
