Moist Baked Salmon Recipe
A very yummy recipe for moist baked salmon. served with rice and vegetables and garnished with green onions.
1 large salmon fillet, cut into 6 steaks
1 Tablespoon butter, melted
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoons pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup wild rice
4 cups mixed vegetables
1 tablespoon chopped green onions, for garnish
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a mdeum sauce pan cook rice as to package directions.
Spread melted butter over salmon streaks, sprinkle with lemon juice then salt and pepper.
Place salmon in baking dish. cover with foil.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Steam vegetables for 5-7 minutes until tender.
